At Bubbleology in Leesburg, the inspector found bags of sugar stored on the floor. The restaurant was told that dry food items should be removed from the floor to prevent contamination from water and moister on the floor.

"In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations," according to Virginia Department of Health's website.
