Loudoun To Hold Mass Coronavirus Testing Events In Leesburg

The drive-thru testing events will take place simultaneously at Tuscarora High School and Simpson Middle School in Leesburg.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Loudoun County is host two free drive-thru testing events for the coronavirus on Saturday, Nov. 14 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The testing events will take place simultaneously at Tuscarora High School and Simpson Middle School in Leesburg.

A PCR test (nasal swab) will be administered, which tests for the coronavirus. Results will be available to the public within a week of getting tested.

People planning to attend either testing event are encouraged to complete a registration form for each person who will be receiving a test prior to arriving at the testing site. The form is posted online in English and in Spanish and may be filled out and printed in advance of the testing event. Forms will also be available at the testing site.

The two testing locations are using two different registration forms because they are being operated by different contractors. Residents should complete the form that corresponds to the location they plan to attend for testing. Forms will also be available at the testing site.

The registration form is required and asks for general demographics and contact information, including name, date of birth, address, phone number and current symptoms, if any. The forms are also available at loudoun.gov/COVID19testing.
