The adoption fee for Stella Louise, a sweet and social cat, is waived this week as the Loudoun shelter celebrates Clear the Shelters.
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Stella Louise is a sweet and social cat. She is just a year old and loves attention.
Stella likes to make friends and enjoys sitting on laps while getting pets. She is quick to say hello when you walk by her enclosure at the Loudoun County Animal Services facility, and she loves when staff and volunteers stop by with treats or new toys.
Stella has met a few kids and loves to spend time with the shelter's Apprentice Volunteers, who range in age from 10 to 16.
