Mardi Crawl Celebration To Feature Leesburg's Top Breweries
Downtown Leesburg will be the place to be Saturday for craft beer and live music fans as local breweries celebrate Mardi Crawl.
LEESBURG, VA — Downtown Leesburg will be the place to be Saturday for craft beer and live music fans as local breweries celebrate Mardi Crawl. Along with serving their best beer, participating breweries will be passing out festive beads and baubles to celebrate Fat Tuesday.
The lineup for the Mardi Crawl event, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., includes its organizer, Loudoun Brewing Co. at 310 E. Market St., as well as:
- Black Hoof Brewing Co., 11 S. King St.
- Black Walnut Brewery, 212 S. King St.
- Crooked Run Brewing, 205 Harrison St. SE
- Dog Money Restaurant & Brewery, 50 Catoctin Circle NE
- Dynasty Brewing Co., 101 Loudoun St. SE
- MacDowell's Brew Kitchen, 202 Harrison St. SE.
The celebration at MacDowell's Brew Kitchen will include live music, featuring Pete Lapp from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Just South of 7 from 8 p.m. to midnight. Loudoun Brewing will be hosting Chuck & Mark's "Honky Tonk Road Show."

The event is expected to be spirited, with large numbers of craft beer fans wearing their most festive Mardi Gras masks and costumes and enjoying the best that Virginia's craft beer capital has to offer.
