Memorial Day Observance To Take Place At Loudoun County Courthouse

Leesburg, VA (May 21, 2021) – The Town of Leesburg will hold its annual Memorial Day Observance on Monday, May 31, beginning at 10 a.m., on the Loudoun County Courthouse grounds.

The annual observance commemorates those who have lost their lives in battle, serving the United States, as well as recognize the brave military men and women who serve our country.
Colonel Phil Rusciolelli, who served 32 years in the U.S. Army, will be the guest speaker. Mayor Kelly Burk will also share her remarks before placing a wreath at the war memorials in honor of all soldiers, sailors, marines, and airmen who served in the defense of our country.
