Middleburg Hosts Annual Weekend Discount Sale

MIDDLEBURG, VA — The Town of Middleburg is holding its ninth annual Winter Weekend Sale Feb. 14-16 where visitors get a chance to buy items ranging from shoes to fall and winter fashions at discounted prices. The event is sponsored by the town and the Middleburg Business & Professional Association.

Participating shops include Duchessa (clothing and accessories), Richard Allen Clothing (men's clothing and accessories), Zest (clothing and accessories), Lou Lou (accessories), Crème de la Crème (pottery, ceramics, linens), Country Classics (men's and women's clothing), Tully Rector (shoes, clothing, accessories and beauty products), The Byrne Gallery (jewelry), The Christmas Sleigh and many others. Participating stores will have blue and white balloons outside.

For such a small town, Middleburg has a wide selection of coffee shops and restaurants, including Cuppa Giddy Up, The Red Fox Inn, King Street Oyster Bar, Side Saddle Café, Greenheart Juice, Middleburg Common Grounds, Thaiverse, Red Horse Tavern, Market Salamander, Middleburg Deli, Red Bar Sushi, Teddy’s Pizza, Best Thai Kitchen, Upper Crust Bakery and Goodstone Inn & Restaurant.

The weekend sale will take place on Friday, Feb. 14 and Saturday, Feb. 15 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 16 at times posted by the individual shops.
