New Government Parking Garage Opening Set In Loudoun County
As mundane as it might sound, one of the key parts of the new 92,000-square-foot Loudoun County Courts Complex—the garage—is nearly ready.
LEESBURG, VA — As mundane as it might sound, one of the key parts of the new 92,000-square-foot Loudoun County Courts Complex is few days from its go signal. We're talking about the four-level, 717-space Pennington Parking Garage, set for an Aug. 1 opening.
Meanwhile, the ground lot next to the garage will close temporarily for renovations. Those who have court business may begin parking in the new garage. The fourth level of the garage will remain closed and is inaccessible.
Vehicle access to the new garage will remain the same as the existing access to the Pennington Lot: from Church Street NE in Leesburg. The garage has a single entry and exit point for vehicles, but all pedestrians entering and exiting the garage must follow a new pedestrian path that extends from the southeast corner of the garage structure to North Street NE. There will be no pedestrian access to the garage from Church Street.
