Public's Help Needed to Find Loudoun Teen Runaway: Police

LEESBURG, VA — The Leesburg Police Department is asking for the public's assistance to locate Celina Rynee Groves, 16, of Leesburg.

She is known to frequent the Ashburn area.

Police say that she was reported as missing on Oct. 11, 2016 and was last seen by a family member on Oct. 9, 2016.

Celina Groves, a Tuscarora High School student, is 5' 5" and 120 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a mesh floral shirt, blue jeans and a black Adidas jacket with white stripes.
