Rocket Fizz Soda Pop & Candy Shop to Celebrate Grand Opening

LEESBURG, VA — The community is invited to join Mayor Kelly Burk and members of the Leesburg Town Council in celebrating the ribbon cutting ceremony of Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shop in the Village at Leesburg on Friday, Jan. 27 at 4 p.m.

Rocket Fizz will host a grand opening celebration on Saturday, January 28, 2017, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., with a balloon artist, free soda tastings and a chance to win a $25 gift certificate.

Owners Carolyn and Mark Johnson say they are pleased to bring this fun concept store to Leesburg. Rocket Fizz is a retro soda and candy shop, offering more than 500 varieties of soda. Flavors range from the old fashioned to the bizarre, with everything from black cherry soda to sweet corn, pumpkin pie and even s’more flavored soda. They also sell foreign candy, gag gifts, concert posters, movie posters and tin signs.

Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shop is located at 1604 Village Market Boulevard SE, Suite 122, Leesburg.
