Suspect Exposed Himself to Woman in Leesburg: LCSO

LEESBURG, VA — A Leesburg woman reported to law enforcement that an unknown man exposed himself to her on Sept. 1 in Leesburg, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO).

Deputies say that at at 6:45 p.m. the woman was driving in the area of Canby Rd./E. Colonial Hwy. in Leesburg when she observed an unknown male standing next to a vehicle. After she passed the subject, she observed him expose himself.

The subject was described as a white male between 18 to 24-years-old. He had dark colored hair and was wearing a tank top and shorts.

The subject’s vehicle was described as a silver SUV, possibly a Toyota RAV 4, accoridng to the LCSO.
