Tickets To See 'Forrest Gump' At Loudoun Drive-In On Sale Friday

The Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services is showing "Forrest Gump" on Friday, July 24.

LEESBURG, VA — The Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services is showing "Forrest Gump" on Friday, July 24. Tickets will be available online starting at noon Friday, July 10.

This is the second in a series of three popup, drive-in movie events scheduled in July. Movies will be shown in the parking lot at Segra Field, 42095 Loudoun United Drive in Leesburg. Gates open at 8 p.m.

Drive-in movies are becoming popular again in the age of coronavirus when moviegoers would prefer not to sit indoors in a movie theater with strangers. The Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton opened a pop-up drive-in theater in June and sold out all of its shows.
