Tuskie's Partners With Sysco On Free Sunday Grocery Distribution
Tuskie's and Sysco are giving groceries to staff of Leesburg and surrounding Loudoun restaurants on Sunday in response to the coronavirus.
LEESBURG, VA — Tuskie's Restaurant Group and Sysco Food Services of Virginia have teamed up to form the Tuskie's Food Hub to give free groceries to staff of Leesburg and surrounding Loudoun County restaurants who are in need of personal food supplies during the coronavirus crisis.
Distribution of food to local area restaurant staff will be conducted through the Tuskie's Food Hub by curbside pickup beginning at 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon in front of Tuscarora Mill Restaurant, located at 203 Harrison Street, Leesburg, VA 20175. Tuskie's, with Sysco's help, will give out the groceries on Sunday until the food is all gone. If there are leftover groceries, Tuskie's will keep giving them out through the week.
The Tuskie's Restaurant Group is made up of Tuscarora Mill, Magnolias at the Mill, South Street Under, Fire Works Leesburg, Fire Works Arlington, Fire Works Cascades and the Birkby House. Sysco is a Houston-based company with a global reach that distributes food to restaurants, healthcare, and educational facilities, lodging establishments and other customers.
