Lorton Mom And Son Double Take: Mother's Day Photos

LORTON—Whether through personality, looks, hobbies or a combination thereof, daughters—or in this case, sons—often become a reflection of the woman who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across Virginia to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.

It doesn't matter how old the kids are, they'll always be your babies!

Lorton resident Michelle Garrett sent us this photo of her and her son, Spencer.

"Questioning why it must be mother & daughter only pics??? My Son looks just like me (18 months in first pic, 5 years old in second pic)."
