Northern Virginia Weather: Break Out the Winter Coats
Temperatures are expected to dip into the mid-20s Thursday night, says the National Weather Service, and the cold will be sticking around.

STERLING, VA — Get ready for a cold stretch, one in which high temperatures won't get much above freezing until Sunday, according to the area arm of the National Weather Service.
Not only that, but lows in the 20s will be the norm through the weekend.
Snow or rain possibly could make an appearance Sunday but there's only a 20 percent chance of that happening.
