Northern Virginia Weather: Weekend Warmth With Caveat
Both Saturday and Sunday, according to the area arm of the National Weather Service, only a light jacket will be needed — and maybe a hood.

STERLING, VA — It's going to be warm this weekend, boys and girls. So there you go. The downside, though, includes mostly cloudy skies and a chance of rain on Sunday.
Both days, according to the local branch of the National Weather Service, will offer highs near 70 and above.
The beginning of the work week will stay warm but rain is in the offing.
