FAIRFAX, VA — A 10-year-old girl was hospitalized Saturday afternoon after being knocked to the ground by a hit-and-run driver in the area of Armstrong Street and Linden Street, according to Fairfax City Police. The victim, a pedestrian, suffered a broken arm, as well as bruises and a cut to one of her hands.
