'Upskirting' Suspect Sought in Manassas

MANASSAS, VA — A man is wanted for taking cell phone pictures of a 23-year-old Manassas woman up her skirt (known as "upskirting") last Thursday at a Walmart, 9401 Liberia Avenue, according to Prince William County Police. He's described as black, age unknown, with a thin build and black hair. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- Police have arrested an armed carjacker after chasing him down this morning near several schools in the Alexandria area of Fairfax County.

Mother Leaves Child Alone in Vehicle in Woodbridge: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A woman was arrested Monday night after leaving her 11-month-old son alone inside a vehicle for about 30 minutes while she went into a business in the 2400 block of Rock Bridge Court, according to Prince William County Police. Olena Cochran, 41, of the 1400 block of Occoquan Heights Court in Occoquan, was charged with felony child neglect.
