Workhouse Arts Center Carnival and Art Party
Join Workhouse Arts Center as we Kickoff our First Annual Carnival and Art Party!

Workhouse Arts Center will be hosting a three-day carnival May 29th through the 31st. The carnival and art party, which kicks off Friday at 5:00pm, will feature rides, games, music, vendors, food and family fun and will take place on the baseball field on the south side of the Workhouse campus.
There will be a host of other activities happening in addition to the carnival festivities. Friday evening at 8:30pm the Workhouse will present “Cinema under the Stars,” an outdoor screening of a family-friendly film. Beginning at 7:00pm on Saturday, Workhouse will spotlight a live band, and Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm will be the kickoff of Workhouse’s “Stars on Sunday” performance series. The Workhouse Art Center’s Farmer’s Market will also begin that Sunday, and will run from 1:00-5:00 pm. Parking is free with a military ID and five dollars for all others. Admission is also free; however, rides, vendors and other activities will require additional fees and tickets.
Workhouse Arts Center is extremely excited to present their first ever Carnival and Art Party. Ricki Marion, Director of Development and Community Relations for the Workhouse, says, “We really hope to make this an annual event and something that the entire community will look forward to each year.” The carnival promises to be affordable fun for the entire family.
