Obscene Exposure Leads to Arrest in Manassas: Police

MANASSAS, VA — A young blue-eyed man with model-type looks who allegedly exposed his private parts Tuesday afternoon to a young woman in the area of Irongate Way and Farragut Court has been arrested, according to Prince William County Police.

Derek James Arrnsberger, 27, of no fixed address, was charged with indecent exposure and obscene sexual display.

Shortly before 5 p.m., police say, the victim reported she was walking in the area when an unknown man in a vehicle stopped and asked her for directions. During the encounter, Arnsberger allegedly exposed himself, made an obscene gesture to the 20-year-old woman and then drove away.

Later that night, Arnsberger turned himself in at the Western District Station.
