America's Priciest Zip Codes include McLean, Great Falls Areas
Three of America's 500 most expensive zip codes are in McLean and Great Falls, according to a Forbes analysis.

America’s 500 most expensive zip codes include Mclean (22201 and 22202) and Great Falls (22102), according to Forbes Magazine’s annual list of America’s Most Expensive ZIP Codes.
According to Forbes, the list is compiled by Altos Research analyzing the median home price data for more than 29,500 ZIPs covering 95% of the U.S. population.

McLean 22101 came in at number 191 on the list, with a median home price of $1,580,328. Currently there is an inventory of 225 homes for sale that sell after an average of 148 days on the market.
Nearby Great Falls 22066 is ranked as the 239th most expensive zip code in the nation. The median price for a home is $1,452,769. Average days on the market is 173 and there is a current iinventory of 218 for sale.

At number 400, McLean 22102 homes have a median price of $1,105,757. The average days on the market is 117 and there are 225 presently for sale.
The number one most expensive zip in the country is Atherton, CA 94027. Median price for a home there is $10,564,038. Houses sell by an average of 106 days on the market and 20 houses are presently listed as for sale.
