"These students have accomplished something rare – only seven percent of high school athletes nationwide move on to play at the college level," said Woda in a statement. This event was our opportunity to congratulate these seniors and acknowledge their dedication to their sports. I am incredibly proud of this group, and we all wish them nothing but the best."
During the event, coaches introduced each student athlete and shared stories about their time at The Potomac School. Seniors had the chance to offer brief remarks and expressed gratitude to coaches, teachers, teammates and families for their support.
