Former Pop-Up Restaurant Coming to Tysons Corner

America Eats Tavern expected to move into Ritz-Carlton in November.

A former pop-up restaurant will have a new permanent home in the Tysons Corner area in November.

America Eats Tavern, a former pop up restaurant, will move into the spot vacated by Michel in The Ritz-Carlton, according to the Washington Business Journal. Restaurant owner Jose Andres intends to pull from local products for the restaurant. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to hotel guests and the surrounding community.

According to DC.Eater.com, America Eats Tavern was originally created in conjunction with the National Archives' "What's Cooking, Uncle Sam?" exhibit. It featured American dishes from times past, given an Andrés spin.
