Liquidation Sale Starts At Former Sheraton Tysons Hotel

Items from 440 guest rooms and other areas of the closed hotel are up for sale.

TYSONS, VA — A liquidation sale at the former Sheraton Tysons Hotel opened to the public on Friday, offering items from the hotel's spaces.

As reported by Tysons Reporter, the hotel at 8661 Leesburg Pike permanently closed over the spring reportedly for financial reasons due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The liquidation sale opened to the public on Nov. 12 and will be open daily until sold out. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Items comes from 440 guest rooms and other areas around the hotel. Some items include pillow top king size beds, flat screen TVS, china and glassware, bar furnishings, commercial kitchen equipment, office furniture and more.

Items are priced for sale, and a 15 percent buyer's premium and local sales tax is added on purchases. Photo ID is required for entry, and there will be social distancing masks and other safety precautions followed on site. Buyers are responsible for removing items.
