Robert Kehne Moeller, 26, Sept. 22, Probation violation on a felony offense

Aledio Navarratta, 32, Oct. 8, Drunk in public or profane

Bryan Joseph Novotny, 31, Sept. 20, Assault on a family member and damaging a phone line to prevent summoning law enforecment

David Osei-Tutu, 33, Sept. 28, Credit card larceny

George Scott Piper, 45, Oct. 7, Assault on a family member

Joseph Michael West, 18, Drug possession (schedule I or II) and distributing marijuana
