A summary of the latest McLean incidents, arrests reported by Fairfax County police

Fairfax County Police logged the following incidents in the McLean area during the week ending Aug. 29.

Robbery/Assault

6500 block of Georgetown Pike, Aug. 24, 7:30 p.m. The victim was getting a ride from the suspect when the suspect allegedly punched the victim and ordered her out of the car. He took her cell phone and purse. Oluwadamilola Eddo, 26, of Manassas, was charged with robbery, assault, and possession of marijuana.

Animal Control Division — Countywide

Rabies Vector

500 block of Innsbruck Avenue, Aug. 23, 4 p.m. Animal Control officers were called for a bat in a bedroom. The bat was captured and tested positive for rabies. The homeowner’s cat was exposed to the bat and received a rabies booster and was routinely quarantined.

Animal At-Large

2900 block of Irvington Road, Aug. 25, 1:30 p.m. Animal Control officers were called for a dog running loose in the area. The dog was captured and taken to a veterinarian for care of apparent dog bits. The owners released the dog to the shelter and received a warning for failure to provide adequate care. The 2-year-old Lhasa Apso is expected to recover.

Animal At-Large

5600 block of Harrington Falls Lane, Aug. 25, 8 a.m. Officers were called for a disorderly and found neighbors arguing over two unrestricted dogs in the common area. Chad Adams, 33, of Alexandria, was charged with having an unrestricted animal.
