McLean Crime: Home Burglary, Wallet Stolen at Gunpoint

ROBBERY: Fairfax County Police are investigating a report of an armed robbery April 6 in the 7500 block of Leesburg Pike. At about 2:15 a.m., a 26-year-old man reported two men who pulled a handgun on him and demanded his wallet approached him. The two men fled with the wallet. The victim was not injured. The two suspects were wearing hooded sweatshirts and had their faces covered during the robbery.
BURGLARY: Fairfax County Police are investigating a burglary April 6 in the 2900 block of Covington Square Way. Around 10:40 p.m., a resident reported someone entered the home and stole a cell phone. The burglar entered through an open rear door.
