McLean Weather: Chances Of Snow Again
Snow could spoil the start of the spring weekend when peak bloom is expected for the cherry blossoms.

The DC area missed out on snow much of the Northeast got Monday, but Mother Nature isn't done trying yet.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service are predicting chances of a rain/snow mix Friday night into early Saturday afternoon and again Saturday night.
We know April showers bring May flowers, but what if they're snow showers? That's not good news for the visitors trekking to DC this weekend, which is when the National Park Service expects peak bloom on the Tidal Basin's cherry blossom trees. For the sake of the cherry blossoms, let's hope DC continues to evade snow as we've done much of the winter.
