Crime incidents reported by Fairfax County police in McLean ZIP codes 22101 and 22102 for the week ending April 13.
SHOPLIFTING/ASSAULT, 2000 block of International Drive, 8 p.m. April 6. Loss prevention personnel stopped three individuals accused of shoplifting. One fled and was not located. Brittani Carney, 28, of Washington, D.C., was charged with grand larceny and larceny with intent to sell. Laquandra J. Roberts, 21, of Maryland, was charged with two counts of assault and battery, grand larceny and larceny with intent to sell.
BURGLARY, 1500 block of Spring Hill Road, 12:45 a.m. April 8. The manager reported someone broke into the business and stole cash. Forced entry was made through a side door.
