The home’s owner said she has seen conflicting dates about the home’s age but believes it was built in 1860.

The previous owner completed some renovations, and the last renovation took place in 2002. Over the course of the renovations, the owners added a garage, family room and entertaining areas. They also removed the second floor because her husband and son were too tall for the staircase.
Original wooden beams are visible in the kitchen, dining room and basement.
