A pre-Civil War farmhouse has hit the market in Great Falls and can be yours—for a cool $2.3 million.

The Carderock stone and stucco home at 621 Springvale Road was originally part of a 40-acre dairy farm. It includes a sunny open floor plan and is sited on more than two and a half acres.

The property includes a barn, more than 250 trees, patios, porches and courtyards, according to the property listing. The interior provides panoramic views, a custom palette of Benjamin Moore's historic hues and entertaining spaces for all ages, the listing states.

The home has been renovated and includes some non-Civil War upgrades. The home boasts 6,234 square feet of space, plus a library and 1850s beamed ceilings. It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, according to Curbed DC.

The home’s owner said she has seen conflicting dates about the home’s age but believes it was built in 1860.

The previous owner completed some renovations, and the last renovation took place in 2002. Over the course of the renovations, the owners added a garage, family room and entertaining areas. They also removed the second floor because her husband and son were too tall for the staircase.

Original wooden beams are visible in the kitchen, dining room and basement.
