Crews will be performing emergency re-striping along two main thoroughfares in Tysons Corner between 9:30am and 3:30pm today: the Dulles Connector Road (Route 267) and Route 7.
Both eastbound and westbound directions of Leesburg Pike (Route 7), from Chain Bridge Road (Route 123) to 400 feet west of Tyco Road; and
Westbound Dulles Connector Road (Route 267) from 1,000 feet east of the Idylwood Road overpass to Pimmit Run are involved in the restriping.
That means rolling closures of a single lane until the work is complete. Paint trucks will be followed by crash trucks and another vehicle for safety. Drivers are encouraged to use extreme caution and expect minor delays today while the roads are restriped.
