Santa Rides In McLean 2019: Schedule, Tracker

MCLEAN, VA — Santa Claus is coming to town. It's an annual tradition for Santa to visit neighborhoods in McLean atop a fire truck. The McLean Volunteer Fire Department has announced Santa's schedule for the 2019 holiday season.

Santa will make his rounds in McLean from Dec. 2 through Dec. 23. Before he visits the scheduled neighborhoods, he typically goes around downtown McLean between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

The schedule and ability to visit certain streets may be impacted by weather and other factors. The visit on Dec. 1 was cancelled due to inclement weather.

• Monday, Dec. 2: Kings Manor area (Melrose Drive, St. Albans Road, Chelsea Road area)
• Tuesday, Dec. 3: Pimmit Hills area
• Wednesday, Dec. 4: Churchill Rd area (Dead Run Drive side)
• Thursday, Dec. 5: Churchill Road area (Dolley Madison Library side)
• Friday, Dec. 6: McLean High school area (Evers Drive, Davidson Road, Sea Cliff Road, Stoneleigh Town Homes)
• Saturday, Dec. 7: Southridge area (Lemon Road, Baldwin Drive, Susquehannock Drive)
