"Because most of the public facilities in McLean and Great Falls did not have power, we have not been able to open local cooling stations," Foust said.
"The Spring Hill Rec Center has shower facilities which will probably be appreciated by McLean and Great Falls residents who get their water from wells that are not working due to lack of power," Foust said.
