Overnight Closures of Eastbound Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH)  Resume This Week

Dulles Corridor Metrorail construction will close the eastbound Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH) overnights this week. These closures are necessary to complete the last stretches of the aerial guideway (flyover bridge) that crosses both highways. Overnight crews will implement a full closure of the eastbound DIAAH from Centreville Road (Route 657) to the merge past the main toll plaza from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Tuesday, May 29, through Thursday, May 31, and from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., on Friday, June 1.

Traffic will be detoured from the eastbound DIAAH on to the eastbound Dulles Toll Road (Route 267) at Centreville Road. Motorists will use the Toll Road for the remainder of the route, through the main toll plaza.  IMPORTANT: Tolls will be levied at the main toll plaza.
