Utility Work To Close McLean Road For Most Of Day
A crash resulted in a broken utility pole in McLean, according to Dominion Energy.
MCLEAN, VA — A crash prompted emergency utility work in McLean for much of Tuesday, Dec. 3.
According to Dominion Energy spokesperson Peggy Fox, a vehicle hit and broke a utility pole on Kirby Road near Westmoreland Street. Repair work is expected to last until 5 p.m.
Kirby Road is closed between Freedom Lane and Barbee Street. Dominion Energy crews and Fairfax County Police are on the scene.

According to Dominion Energy's outage map, over 400 customers in the area lost power as of 9 a.m.
