Acredale is a small cluster of 32 homes along two streets, Babcock Road and Five Oaks Road. The biggest benefit of this neighborhood is it’s proximity to the Town of Vienna and it’s short 1.8 mile trek to the nearest Metro station!

The Town of Vienna is one of our favorite areas in Northern Virginia. Maple Avenue, the section of 123 that runs through Vienna, is a bustling and charming street that has attracted many amazing shops and restaurants. In 2013, Money Magazine called Vienna, VA the 3rd best place to live.

If you’re looking for groceries, our go-to store is Maple Avenue Market. They serve seasonal produce and meat and dairy, all sourced from local small farms. If you’re looking for a wider selection, there’s also a Whole Foods and a Giant nearby. For a sit-down dinner, Clarity features modern American food. For a quicker meal, we prefer Taco Bamba or Skorpio's Maggio's. On special occasions and holidays, we pick up pie homemade from The Pie Gourmet.

Another great attribute of the Town of Vienna is its accessibility. The W&OD trail runs right through the town, and with the town’s commitment to making the area travelable without the use of a car, you’ll find people on the sidewalks most evenings. If you’re looking to get away for the weekend, 123 is a major North-South route in Northern Virginia. Also the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metro Station is close and there are many Metro Bus Stops along Maple Ave.

In the last year, 2 homes sold in Acredale, from a Contemporary 3 bed, 2.5 bath for $1,009,000, to an custom Colonial 6 bed, 4.5 bath for $1,160,000.
