George Washington's Mount Vernon Estate will have some special programs in observance of Black History Month in February.
The estate will have a daily Slave Life at Mount Vernon Tour that explores the lives of slaves who lived in Mount Vernon. They will also conduct a wreath-laying ceremony and presentation throughout the month.
