Richmond Highway Restaurant Robbed at Gunpoint Monday Night: Police
Police say a young man walked into the restaurant, sat down at a table and moments later approached the cash register holding a gun.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Fairfax County Police say a man robbed a Richmond Highway restaurant at gunpoint Monday night.
A man walked into the Subway restaurant located in the 8768 Richmond Highway (see map below) at about 8:44 p.m. Monday and sat down at a table, according to police.
Moments later, the suspect got up, took out a handgun, grabbed an unknown amount of cash from the register and ran out of the store. There were no injuries.

The suspect was described as white, 18 to 25 years old, 5 feet 8 to 5 feet 10 inches tall, and 145 to 165 pounds, according to police. He was wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
