The National Art Education Association (NAEA) and the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) promote the Month of March as Youth Art Month and Music in Our Schools Month.

In recognition of the excellent work of our NNPS students and teachers during this extraordinary year of virtual and hybrid instruction, NNPS is presenting its annual district art show and music performance in a virtual format.
Because NNPS believes all of the arts are important and contribute to student growth and development, the Visual and Performing Arts Department is taking the opportunity to celebrate March as NNPS Dance and Theater in our Schools Month.
