Vaccines will be administered in select school buildings or at a vaccine clinic location prior to the end of the school year. The vaccine is voluntary and would require parental consent.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to complete the survey to help NNPS plan for the student vaccines. The survey is open until Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.
Please note that the survey is intended to assist NNPS and its partners with clinic planning. Additional information about clinic locations, dates, times, the registration process and consent will be available at a later date.
Thank you for your input.
