Head to the Military Aviation Museum to see the world’s largest private collection of World War I and World War II era military aircraft. Many of the planes are flown at the museum for flight demonstrations and air shows throughout the year.

It’s great to do some activities that don’t cost much, or anything at all, while on vacation. Take a trip to the Cape Henry Lighthouse to climb to the top and learn a bit of history too.
