Some key features of the new store format are:
- Entertainment, everywhere. The new stores illustrate the intersection of content and connection. Reps are trained to show how services, like DIRECTV and DIRECTV NOW and products can add value to your connected life.
- Smartphones and more. AT&T moved the phones off the walls to the center of the store to make it easier to compare and choose whatβs best for you. Also, two focus areas show the most popular brands and products like AR glasses, tablets or smartwatches. The lineup of accessories has expanded, and easier to find in the store.
- A comfortable experience. The stores were designed to have a personal connection with representatives and services. Comfortable areas were added where customers and reps can work together.
The new store in Chesapeake is located at 1501 Sentinel Drive (in Greenbrier Square) and opens on October 30th. The hours of operation are: 9 a.m. β 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. β 6 p.m. on Sunday.
