The best of American Legion Baseball's 17th District showed their talents in the annual Fourth of July All-Star Game at Waters Field in Vienna. 

The National All-Stars defeated the American All-Stars in an 11-3 rout.

With his Vienna Post 180 squad in first place in the district, Frank Werman managed the Americans. Coach George Priftis of the second-place Fairfax Post 177 led the Nationals on Wednesday.
