<p>It's not every day you're able to host a Grammy-winning musician for a private concert in your living room, but one Oakton resident realized that dream when Loggins came to town Sunday evening.</p><p>Longtime fan Eric Sanchez made Loggins the first artist to ever perform a fan-generated, crowd-funded concert in a private residence when he came to the Sanchez household with his band, the Blue Skywriters.</p><p>Sanchez managed to inspire community support and raise $30,000 in a matter of days <a href="https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ericksanchez/i-want-kenny-loggins-to-play-in-my-living-room/posts/1142947" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">on Kickstarter</a> in order to attract Loggins to Oakton. </p><p>He then packed 50 fans into his home, many of whom were complete strangers, for the 75-minute concert.</p><p>One fan in attendance, Benny Arthur Johnson, captured part of Loggins' performance on his phone and shared it on Facebook:</p><p><iframe src width="460" height="580" data-src="http://patch-field.s3.amazonaws.com/widget-maker/33cc67b539c3b2519064aa7c407ebaa8.html"></iframe><br /></p><p>Loggins was even kind enough to re-tweet a few selfies he took with fans after his show in the Sanchez's living room, including Virginia 35th District Delegate Mark L.
