Kenny Loggins Plays Living Room Show After Crowd-Funded Campaign
Oakton's Eric Sanchez raised $30,000 on Kickstarter to attract the Grammy winner to play the private show.

It’s not every day you’re able to host a Grammy-winning musician for a private concert in your living room, but one Oakton resident realized that dream when Loggins came to town Sunday evening.
Sanchez managed to inspire community support and raise $30,000 in a matter of days on Kickstarter in order to attract Loggins to Oakton.

He then packed 50 fans into his home, many of whom were complete strangers, for the 75-minute concert.
One fan in attendance, Benny Arthur Johnson, captured part of Loggins’ performance on his phone and shared it on Facebook:

Loggins was even kind enough to re-tweet a few selfies he took with fans after his show in the Sanchez’s living room, including Virginia 35th District Delegate Mark L. Keam.
