Oakton Divers Compete in Crackerjack Dive Meet

Nine Otter divers excelled on the boards in the largest one-day amateur dive meet in the Country

Nine Otter (Oatkon Swim and Racquet Club) divers dominated the boards in the Crackerjack dive meet on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Springfield. The Cracker Jack meet is the largest one-day amateur dive meet in the country. One Otter diver placed first in her category: Sophie Whang in 13&O Girls. Seven Otter divers were medal winners: Alex Lee (6&U Boys, 2nd); Daniella Rubano (7YO Girls, 6th); James Hayden (9YO Boys, 3rd); Ryan Shipley (10YO Boys, 2nd); Zac Lee (10YO Boys, 3rd); Max Messina (12YO Boys, 2nd); Riley McGatlin (12YO Boys, 5th). The other Otter diver who competed was: Tyler Messina (8YO Boys, 9th).
