Vienna to Host Public Hearings at Upcoming Town Council Meeting
The ordinances slated to be discussed include relocating a town polling place and authorizing the collection of E-Summons fees.

The Town of Vienna will host a series of public hearings at Monday evening’s Town Council meeting, which begins at 8 p.m. inside Town Hall.
The public hearings slated for Monday’s session are as follows, according to a town press release:
- Public Hearing for consideration and adoption of a proposed ordinance authorizing the collection of E-Summons Fees.
- Public Hearing for consideration and adoption of a proposed ordinance to amend the Code of the Town of Vienna, Chapter 9, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, Article 1, In General, Section 9-3, Adoption of State Code, of the Code of the Town of Vienna.
- Public Hearing for consideration and adoption of a proposed ordinance re-locating the polling place for Town Elections.
- Public Hearing on a proposed ordinance to amend the Code of the Town of Vienna, Chapter 18, Zoning, Article 2, Definitions and Article 23, Board of Zoning Appeals, Updating Variance Standards consistent with the Code of Virginia.
The meeting is open to the public, and will also be broadcast live via the town’s website.

Town Attorney Steve Briglia will serve as the primary contact regarding the first three ordinances, while Planning and Zoning Director Patrick Mulhern will serve as the contact regarding the fourth and final ordinance.
