Alexandria Nominated For Best City By Conde Nast Traveler

Earlier this year, Alexandria was named the best travel destination in the U.S. by Money Magazine. Now the city is nominated for another prestigious accolade by a travel magazine.

Conde Nast Traveler has named Alexandria under the best "Cities" category for its annual “Reader’s Choice Awards” contest. Members of the public can vote by creating a free account with Conde Nast Traveler or signing in with Facebook. From there, go to the "Cities" category, select Alexandria and fill out a survey about the city.

In addition, five hotels are features in the "Hotels" category: the Kimpton Lorien Hotel & Spa; The Alexandrian, Autograph Collection; Hilton Alexandria Old Town; Morrison House and Hilton Alexandria Mark Center.

The voting period is open through June 30. There is no limit on voting. Every survey completed enters you to win a 15-day cruise in Scandinavia. Click here to vote

The results will be published online in late October and in print in the November issue.
