Chinquapin Family Fun Nights Start Next Week

Alexandria’s Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities will host monthly Family Fun Nights at Chinquapin Park Recreation Center & Aquatics Facility, 3210 King St., starting next week.

The department encourages you to bring the whole family to Family Fun Nights for swimming and fun for all ages on Friday evenings. Pool games include beach ball relays, water basketball, diving for prizes and fun on the ”Aqua Challenge” floating obstacle course.

Families can participate in swimming skill assessments for youth, learn pool safety tips and more. The cost of admission to each Family Fun Night is $4 per person. For more information, visit www.alexandriava.gov/c/10280.
