Goldfish Swim School will open a new indoor pool in Alexandria Commons, 3155 Duke Street in Alexandria. The new location will offer swim lessons for children from ages 4 months through 12 years old, as well as a variety of other services, including space for the best birthday parties in town.
Franchise owners Ryan and Gina Bewersdorf also operate Goldfish Swim School Reston and Falls Church. To meet the area's growing demand for quality swim lessons, they decided to open a location in Alexandria.

Major renovations were needed to turn the 8,300-square-foot space into a tropical paradise in which swimmers will enjoy bright colors, palm trees, a heated pool deck and a 25-yard pool heated to 90 degrees.
