Thursday Jazz — It’s Thursday, which means the Not-So-Modern Jazz Band will be performing at St. Elmo’s Coffee Pub in Del Ray(2300 Mount Vernon Ave.). The band, which has performed continuously since 1983, gets the party swinging at 7:30 p.m.
