Navy Yard Video, 'Where is the Outrage?' and More Arrests in Stabbing Death

No actual shooting is seen, thank goodness, on the video the FBI released Wednesday of the moments before gunman Aaron Alexis went on a rampage earlier this month at the Navy Yard. The video, though, is about as chilling as they come.
